“Appliance Authority Of Austin” responds promptly, does competent work, and is fair priced. My dishwasher stopped working last week. The technician arrived on time and diagnosed the problem within few minutes. He had to order the replacement part and called back to ensure I was home so he could complete the repair. This was the second time this year I’ve used Appliance Authority and I recommend them without hesitation. It was a pleasure doing business with AAA.
Aaron made great effort to assist me with my dishwasher issue. Despite being scheduled to come by on a day I would not be available…he called and made time available that same day. That’s real customer service!!! He was professional, clean and finished in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

His prices were extremely reasonable and even went out of his way to provide maintenance tips to avoid similar situations in the future.
